This year, in partnership with Chris and James Tanner of the Barbican Kitchen restaurant and sponsored by Column Bakehouse, Flavour Fest will launch a pop-up kitchen.
Held at Ocean Studios for a night of fine dining on Wednesday 9 May, the launch will promote this year's Flavour Fest event which runs from 1-3 June. With the help of local catering students from Cornwall College, a three-course meal will be served in the stunning Factory Cooperage building at Royal William Yard, marking the launch of the South West's largest food festival.
The launch will begin from 7pm and tickets are £500 for a table of 10.
